FranU Advances Student Success through New Project FRANCIS Initiative

FranU has launched a new Student Success Team as part of Project FRANCIS, the university’s Title III initiative designed to strengthen student success and improve retention and graduation outcomes.

The Student Success Team will provide personalized support from enrollment through graduation, helping students navigate academic, personal, financial, and career-related challenges while connecting them with the resources they need.

"Our goal is for every student to feel a sense of belonging and feel supported and empowered to succeed," said Shera Adams, student success project director. "Rather than having to determine where to seek help on their own, students will be connected to appropriate resources and support systems through proactive outreach, regular check-ins and coordinated interventions."

Students will be supported by dedicated Student Success professionals and peer mentors who serve as a central point of contact throughout their college experience. Rather than navigating University resources alone, students will receive coordinated guidance and connections to the services they need at every stage of their journey.
