Tina Robinson, SHRM-SCP, has been named vice president, human resources for Our Lady of the Lake. Robinson previously served at Our Lady of the Lake as a director of organizational development and led human resources in various capacities from 2006 to 2014.
“I am grateful to have Tina return to the Our Lady of the Lake family,” said Stephanie Manson, chief operating officer at Our Lady of the Lake. “Her talent is an asset to our team as we provide exceptional healthcare experiences to those throughout our community.”
With more than 20 years of human resources experience, Robinson’s previous roles include serving as a general manager in employee services and talent development for Community Coffee Company, a hospital development professional for the Louisiana Organ Procurement Agency, and as a development executive for the Capital Area United Way.
A native of Baton Rouge, Robinson has a Master of Education focused in adult learning. Robinson is a 2018 graduate of the Baton Rouge Business Report Executive Leadership Academy and a 2003 alumna of Leadership Baton Rouge. She is currently a member of the National Society of Human Resources (SHRM), Greater Baton Rouge SHRM, and American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration (ASHHRA). She is a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional and Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt.
