Woman’s Hospital recently welcomed two new members to its executive leadership team. Greg Snow joined as vice president of revenue cycle and Kevin Guidry as vice president of payor relations.
Snow specializes in hospital revenue cycle management, cash acceleration, technology solutions, and increased incremental new revenue enhancements. Prior to joining Woman’s, he worked as senior vice president of market strategy for the complex claims firm, Enable Comp, LLC in Franklin, Tenn. Using an enterprise-wide strategic growth plan, he maximized revenue opportunities by 70% over a two-year period.
Guidry spent the last 15 years of his career with Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady (FMOL) Health System in various capacities. He served as vice president for managed care strategy and contracting, which included approximately $1 billion of commercial, Medicaid, Medicare and Medicare Advantage patient revenue. This came from across all FMOL Health System acute hospitals, post-acute facilities, freestanding surgical/ancillary centers, and more than 1,000 providers in Louisiana and Mississippi.
Most recently, he served as President of Our Lady of the Lake Assumption Hospital in Napoleonville, where he was responsible for providing the strategic direction and operational excellence of the facility
