Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center announces P. Michael Davis, MD elected chief of staff for 2017.
In addition to participating on the Our Lady of the Lake Board of Directors, Davis will also lead the Medical Executive Committee. The Medical Executive Committee uses input from the medical staff to make key leadership decisions related to medical staff policies, procedures and rules, with an emphasis on clinical care and quality improvement initiatives.

Davis is a vascular surgeon with CVT Surgical Center at Our Lady of the Lake. He received his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine. He completed a residency in general surgery at the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, MN, followed by a vascular surgery Fellowship at Mayo Clinic. Davis is certified by the American Board of Surgery in General and Vascular Surgery.
