Oceans Healthcare, a behavioral health provider focused on healing and long-term recovery, announced the appointment of Cady Pruitt, LCSW-BACS, MHA, as hospital CEO for Oceans Behavioral Hospital in Baton Rouge.
In this role, Pruitt will oversee hospital operations, clinical quality, and strategic growth initiatives, supporting Oceans Healthcare’s mission to deliver high-quality behavioral healthcare to patients and families across Louisiana.
Pruitt joined Oceans Healthcare in 2021 at Louisiana Behavioral Health, where she served as Director of Clinical Services before being selected for the inaugural Chief Operating Officer Fellowship Program.
Pruitt holds a Master of Health Administration from Louisiana State University Shreveport and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
