FMOL Health has been certified as a Great Place to Work, a national certification earned entirely through direct, anonymous feedback from team members across the health system.
This year’s results reflect the collective voice of team members serving across FMOL Health’s more than 20,000‑member workforce. The survey is based on anonymous feedback from a representative sample of team members who were invited to share their experiences. Their feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with 87 percent describing FMOL Health as a great place to work. Team members highlighted the qualities that set the ministry apart, including an authentic sense of welcome, deep community commitment, and a shared pride in the impact they make every day. These themes stood out in top-scoring statements such as, “When you join the company, you are made to feel welcome,” and “I feel good about the ways we contribute to the community.”
