On Valentine’s Day morning, Treneice Weber welcomed baby girl Rhiley into the world at Baton Rouge General’s Birth Center.
Born at 9:22 a.m. on Feb. 14 weighing 6 lb., 08 oz., Rhiley was the first Valentine’s Day baby of the year born at the hospital. Mother and baby are both doing great.
